The Book office is located in the Teatro Galli foyer (Piazza Cavour 22).
Tue-Sat 10am-2pm; Tuesday and Thursady also 3pm-5.30 pm.
Closed on Sundays and Monday (except for days of performances) and main public holidays.
The box office sells tickets also for shows hosted at Teatro degli Atti or other venues.
When there is a show playing, the Box Office is also open in these places 90 mins before performances.
At Teatro Galli, some seats on the side circle boxes have a limited view. The ticket office staff will inform people before buying.
Shows at Teatro degli Atti have unnumbered seats and they can include non-traditional seating arrangements.
For every performance the Theatre reserves 2 seats in the stalls for wheelchair users and their companions.
People with a disability of 100% and a Constant attendance allowance have right to free tickets while their companions have right to reduced tickets (when available).
People with a disability of 100% and without a Constant attendance allowance have right to reduced tickets.
The Teatro Galli offers a cloakroom service at € 2 per night.
The Teatro degli Atti does not have a cloalroom service.
Audience members are requested to behave appropriately at all times and to remain silent throughout the performance.
The use of mobile phones in the auditorium is forbidden.
It is forbidden to take photographs or to make any type of audio or video recording.
All members of the audience must be in possession of a ticket or season-ticket card, which must be kept available for inspection at all times and must be shown upon request to the Theatre staff. Members of the audience are required to occupy the seats allocated to them.
It is forbidden to introduce glasses and food of any kind into the auditorium.
Food and drinks can be consumed only in the Theatre’s bar areas or in the Foyer.
According to Italian Law (584/75) smoking is forbidden on the Theatre premises.
